while most of the lucky world is either on spring break or at sxsw, i'm stuck in a 7-day work week. ho hum. the silver lining to that cloud is that tonight is the devotchka show at the granada theater!
devotchka is generally billed as indie folk rock infused with gypsy-punk soul, which translates to accordions, violins, and tubas alongside the traditional guitar, bass, and drums. i thought it would be fun to imagine what i would wear to a devotchka concert if they were playing out of a brightly painted caravan in a field in victorian england. that's not too specific, is it?

oh, man, you got a bum deal! what do you do in education? it took me almost a year to make my first treasury - i'm too indecisive!
